Conditions for returning goods of appropriate quality
This condition is governed by the legislation of the Seller's country and, as a rule, is fulfilled within 7 (seven) days from the date of transfer of non-food goods to the buyer (unless a longer period is announced by the seller) at the place of purchase or other places announced by the seller. The goods are subject to return and exchange if they have not been used, have retained their consumer properties, appearance, packaging, seals, and labels, and there is proof of purchase from the seller.
Goods of good quality can be returned or exchanged for similar goods if they do not suit the consumer in terms of size, shape, dimensions, style, color, configuration, or for other reasons that prevent the buyer from using the goods for their intended purpose.

Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality
This condition is governed by the legislation of the Seller's country. As a rule, if defects are discovered during the established warranty period, the consumer has the right, within the time limits established by law, to exchange the goods or receive a refund for the goods, excluding the cost of delivery. The buyer may return the goods to the seller subject to the following conditions:
* the presence of a document from a service center authorized by the manufacturer stating that the defect is significant;
* the warranty card and proof of payment have been retained;
* the integrity of the set has not been compromised.

Methods of returning goods
To return goods, you must contact the online store representatives to obtain information about the address to which the goods should be sent. The cost of return delivery is agreed separately with the seller.
As a rule, the funds are credited to the buyer's account within 7 (seven) banking days after the returned goods have been delivered to the seller's address and checked for compliance with the return conditions.
Conditions for refunds
Upon confirmation of the return of the goods, the following refund options are available:
* If the goods were paid for by bank card, the refund will be made to the card used for payment. In this case, a bank card is required.
* If the goods were paid for via payment systems set up in the online store (online payment), the refund will be made within 7 banking days to the card used for payment.
* When paying for goods by bank transfer or other means that do not involve the use of a bank card, you must contact the seller for additional information on refund methods.
Possible exceptions
The seller has the right to refuse to refund or exchange non-food goods of good quality if they are included in the List of goods that cannot be exchanged or refunded.
